Position Title: Supervisor (1)
General Functions:
Under the overall supervision of Counselor of RFM, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new patients and assist SCU coordinator for enrollment of patients at SCU.
  • Motivate Patients for OST and Harm Reduction Activities.
  • Provide BCC Education on HIV and AIDS.
  • Supervise Outreach Educator and Peer Educator.
  • Followup patients and provide support as per need.
  • Make appropriate referral to the needy patients.
  • Home visit of patient as per need.
  • Verify and Keep the outreach records and supporting documents intact.
  • Provide education on OST services to the community.
  • Supervise and Assist Peer Educator.
  • Identify new shooting galleries and provide regular update to the Team Leader.
  • Regular field visit to monitor service of Outreach Worker.
  • Conduct BCC and other sessions as per need.
  • Attend PE Meeting.
  • Maintain Confidentiality of the patients.
  • Assist team members in community awareness.
  • Provide information and education on drug related, HIV and AIDS and other issues to the family and society.
  • Help in facilitating supportable environment to patient in the society.
  • Maintain daily record as per need.
  • Required Qualifications and Competencies:

    • School Leaving Certificate.
    • Team work oriented with capacity to work independently.
    • High level of integrity, sensitivity to drug, HIV and AIDS and social issue.
    • Politeness, assertiveness, presentable appearance.
    • Five Years of Similar working Experience.
