Richmond Fellowship Morang is a non-profit and non-governmental organization registered in Morang District on 2068/8/9 by a group of energetic youths and members of civic society of Morang District, and ever since, it has been serving for the community welfares.

Richmond Fellowship Morang offers a broad spectrum of services to the community and facilitates and works with the community, police, health/academic institutions and other stake holders that are involved in humanitarian services. Richmond Fellowship Morang advocates and coordinates with other CBOs, NGOs, GOs and other networks in terms of sensitizing people at risk, and establishing harm reduction, treatment, care and support equitably available and accessible for the vulnerable population.

The organization currently promotes comprehensive service such as Harm Reduction (Needle Syringe Exchange), CT (Counseling and Testing Center for HIV testing) Center, Drug treatment, Post Rehabilitation Care, OST service for Methadone Maintenance Treatment Program and income generating activities for drug users.
